“Technology is affecting education in revolutionary ways, and the momentum towards these changes is irreversible.” Making education attractive and sensible is the goal of the school administration. For this to happen our educational institution adopts and make arrangements for the teachers to learn and be the part of all the latest developments in the field of Information Technology, which in turn would benefit the students and encourage them to update themselves in improving the skills.

STEAM

It is a conceptual framework i.e., how to create a course of study integrating all the subjects which stands as challenges to the curriculum giving a hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

ICT

Information and technology has given lots of ideas in the field of education. It is no more about how to use gadgets, but also how to focus on what type of education should be imparted through this medium. The teaching methods are more focussed now on student development of goals and skills and the means to reach them, it also exhibits the potential to make learning more observational. The large amount of data available in the internet makes it much easier and possible to bring the world closure. From the perspective of curriculum development, these technologies created new challenges, like it is shifted from more educational ground to gathering more information that which created a lot of ambiguity in the field of education.

STEAM+

STEAM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. STEAM Robotics is another program established to produce the next generation of innovators, problem solvers and critical thinkers. We do this by giving hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. Here we accentuate, ‘learn by doing’ in a fun, engaging and creative way.

Information Communication and Technology (ICT)

In today’s hi-tech world we have embraced ICT to enhance digital literacy in our young learners and equip them with the knowledge they need to succeed in life. Through ICT we have brought in an engaging, interactive and innovative way to fuel the imagination of our young learners.

Emerging Technologies

Idea lab has also been created to complement the ICT lab. Internet of things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Block chain, Cloud, Robotic Process Automation, 3D Printing, Cryptocurrency, Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking are some of the software taught to our students in IX and X graders as part of ICT curriculum.

Skills of Innovation:

In an effort to provide comprehensive development of our students, Epistemo has initiated life skill curriculum. It includes origami, culinary skills, craft, gardening, safety & management, gadget geeks, needle and thread, Investopedia, vegetables and fruits carving, photography and movie making and do it yourself. These skills are imparted with a purpose to ignite a passion for learning among students and build a foundation for self-development.
